Transformed My Body In Under 5 Months

As a professional woman in the media field, you’re forced to take a very objective look at yourself on a regular basis. You’re always trying to look your best and be on top of your game. Like so many other women, there are aspects of my physical make up that I was always trying to improve on or change more to my liking.

I have always been fit, but never felt that I looked the part, nor had anything worked in making the changes I wanted to see for my efforts. I noticed the successes of the clients at Body By Sergio and decided to contact them and give it a go.

It was just like the radio ads, and now my radio ad said. Sergio laid out what we were going to do, how we were going to do it and he made the workouts fit my busy schedule. I went from working out 5 and 6 days a week and dedicating at least 8 hours to exercising to working out 3 days a week. I started at only 30 minutes or 1.5 hours per week and then bumped it up to 60 minutes for a total of 3 hours per week.

I literally transformed my body from where I was to where I am in under 5 months. In fact, in the first 90 days the differences were remarkable and every week I could see and feel the differences in me. I wanted to increase my fitness level, and we did. In short, every objective was achieved. At Body, By Sergio, it is a team effort, and when you go there you are part of that team. Sergio leads the play and the whole place goes to work to get you where you want to be.
