Diabetes & Family
If you are just recently diagnosed as a diabetic or have been one for a long period of time we at BBS want to reach out to you and let you know that you are not alone, and help is all around.
Over the years, Sergio has worked with an uncounted number of diabetics and has successfully helped many put their Type II diabetes into remission, while helping others to manage their lifestyles so as to better control this devastating disease.
We create meal plans (doctor approved) designed to be not only practical, but to deliver weight management/loss, thus controlling/placing into remission this disease.
For the Type II diabetic, caused by obesity, you need to know this: Of all the management systems available to you, oral medications and injectables, the one method that is superior for elimination/control of this devastating disease is WEIGHT LOSS/MANAGEMENT.
Staying active, getting regular exercise, and nutritional management (for all diabetics) is the key to longevity. Here at BBS we put all the pieces together, no guess work on your part, no going it alone.

Make your life your own again and let’s start taking care of ourselves, and each other.
“Diabetes touches everyone in this country in one way or another, and over the last 20 years the number of Type II diabetics has reached an unprecedented record high. The sad part of it is that the majority of cases do not have to happen. Regardless of the type of diabetes you have, improper management and care of your disease will lead to devastating consequences. If you’re diabetic you already know this, or at least some of it.
Many have simply accepted this quiet killer and life devastator as being an inevitable part of their lives and a mountain too high to climb in terms of conquering it. I’m here to tell you that you can do this. Is it easy? No. Do you have to work at it? Yes. Is life the gift and should I fight for it? Well, you decide for yourself and If you answer yes; then let’s get started on changing your life, or the life of a loved one.
I have dedicated myself to helping those who want to help themselves. If you are really wanting to make changes, if you are ready to accept the responsibility for your health, then call or email BBS now, and lets change your life!”

Beating Diabetes and BBS
At BBS, Sergio has mandated the company to work towards the goal of helping every person who wants to help themselves to prevent, control or put into remission this devastatingly awful disease. If you are one of these people, then read on and change your life.
What Every Diabetic Knows
Alter your life style, exercise regularly, take all medications on time, never miss a scheduled Doctor’s appointment, check your glucose levels regularly, and follow the direction of your doctor/medical team. Easier said than done for many of us …

BBS – P.M.S. (Plan of Action ~ Mentoring ~ Support)
The above is nothing new to the diabetic, I know you know. But here is something many do not know. In most every endeavour one undertakes, you need some key elements in place to be successful. Sergio developed the P.M.S. system, used it for years with great success, for many of his personal clients. If you are not in control of your Diabetes, this may be the very thing you need to change your life!
Plan of Action – the plan needs to be adaptable to the individual while meeting the criteria of the goal.
Mentoring – a “guide” if you will of how to stick with the plan as life throws you curves.
Support – you know when you’re failing, you don’t need anyone to point that out to you. What you need is the support of guidance, without “judgment” to get back on track and deal with the issues, and get a resolve.
Diabetes Overview
Diabetes is a group of diseases characterized by high blood glucose (blood sugar). When a person has diabetes, the body either does not produce enough insulin or is unable to use its own insulin effectively.

What Happens To The Diabetic
Glucose builds up in the blood and causes a condition that, if not controlled, can lead to serious health complications and even death. The risk of death for a person with diabetes is twice the risk of a person of similar age who does not have diabetes.
A little about Type I and Type II
Type I Diabetes – Accounts for about 5% of all diagnosed cases of diabetes. Type I is usually first diagnosed in children and young adults, although it can occur at any time. To survive, people with Type 1 diabetes use insulin from an injection or a pump. Risk factors for Type I diabetes can be autoimmune, genetic, or environmental. At this time, there are no known ways to prevent Type 1 diabetes.
Type II Diabetes – accounts for about 95% of diagnosed diabetes in adults. Several studies have shown that healthy eating and regular physical activity, used with medication if prescribed, can help control health complications from Type II diabetes or can prevent or delay the onset of Type II diabetes.
