View it for what it is; literally a step by step completely calculated (no guess work) map of each and every aspect of your workout.

Nothing will be left to chance, including how much weight, reps, sets, rest intervals, duration, recovery, and exercise sections in any given workout, but your program is designed in a graduated format that keeps you keeping on without any plateaus. (People come for not only our person to person training, but for continued, life long programming.)

No two people are alike, therefore a “one size fits all approach” (sadly a common thing in this industry for decades now) never works, and is the number 2 reason for failure. Not an issue at BBS, everything is tailored to YOU.
