First Competition and First Place!

I am a 43-year-old mother of 1 and I’m a registered nurse. I have been involved in fitness most all of my life and although always healthy and fit I never accomplished the one thing that I always wanted to do and that was to compete in a physique competition.

I went to Body By Sergio and told him I had entered into a competition in Cobourg, Ontario. He devised a training and nutritional plan specific to my needs. I won first place!!! My first competition, my first time and first place!!! I beat out other competitors that had more experience and some of them were personal trainers themselves!!!
